HHS is conducting meetings regularly door to door visit by our women volunteers to educate the poor women who are living below poverty line and encourage them for small savings by forming small groups for benefit and their emergency need. Such group consists of 10 to 15 members and elect two troop leaders among them for maintain of accounts, bank transactions and monthly collection such group members meet once in a month and decide the member who needs loan in the month. The group leader will take responsibility of recovery of that amount in small regular installments with the reasonable interest fixed by the government.
